grocery lists, aimed at maintaining health and preventing disease. This app also includes fitness
tracking. It can connect to fitness trackers like Apple Watch and Fitbit. This plan does not require any
face to face medical encounters with our providers. It allows you the freedom to improve your health
on your own.

There is a $14.99 activation fee for this level, followed by a monthly fee of $9.99 for the duration of the subscription. Therefore the first months' payment will be ($14.99+$9.99 = $24.98). Following the first month, the monthly charge will be $9.99.
