WellLifePro Meal Plan and Exercise App
Personal Edition
Plans are evaluated and designed by doctors and dietitians to provide balanced, healthy, nutrient-rich meals that are also delicious! Pre-planned meal plans provide variety as you start creating healthy, nutritious meals.
Business Edition
Designed specifically for health, wellness, and medical professionals, these plans provide nutritional advice or dietary plans to customers. We’ve done the hard work so you don’t need to employ or have access to a licensed or qualified nutritionist.
NON-SURGICAL-OBESITY MANAGEMENT
Physician-Directed Obesity Management
Because of our extensive knowledge, we are able to not only guide our patients’ lifestyle, but we are able to identify, modify, subtract and add additional medications to improve overall healthy weight loss.
InBody Composition Analysis Monthly
We use Body Composition Analysis to identify and compare healthy lean mass to unhealthy fat mass. With this knowledge, we are able to guide your dietary and exercise management in a way that targets fat loss.
Monthly Provider Visits with MD/NP
During these visits, our medical providers review the patient’s chronic medical conditions, medications, and response to treatment. We make it a priority at every visit to spend extra time and effort counseling and teaching our patients regarding lifestyle and dietary modifications.
Nutrition/Vitamin Supplementation
We believe the underlying nutritional health of an individual will determine how successful their weight loss will be.For this reason, we work hard to identify and treat underlying nutritional deficiencies.
Dietary, Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling
Based on the annually updated scientific evidence, we work with each patient, to identify and institute a safe treatment plan unique to the patient.
Weekly Nurse Visits
For those patients who need to be the most aggressive with their treatment plan, we offer weekly visits with our nurses. At these visits, our nurses evaluate our patients’ response to treatment.
Bariatric Surgery
SLEEVE GASTRECTOMY SURGERY
This procedure is rapidly becoming the most commonly performed version of weight loss surgery. In this surgery, approximately 80% of the stomach is permanently removed, leaving behind a small tubular stomach.
LAP-BAND ADJUSTMENTS
If you have undergone Lap-Band surgery, do not despair. We provide lap-band adjustments and monitoring. Along with adjustments to your lap-band by our surgeon, we can include you in our wellness program.
BARIATRIC SURGICAL REVISIONS
If you had a previous procedure performed and it failed in producing weight loss, it may be possible to have a surgical revision to reduce complications and improve long-term weight control.
ROUX-EN-Y GASTRIC BYPASS SURGERY
This procedure is considered the “gold standard” of weight loss surgery. This procedure typically results in significant weight loss (60-80% of excess weight).
Functional Medicine
What is Functional Medicine?
“We have patients that come to us because they have seen many doctors and they have not been able to produce a diagnosis. We acknowledge that what the patient is telling us is real and there are a lot of medical doctors that don’t give them that credence.” – Kendra Lynch, MD
Functional Medicine addresses the underlying causes of disease, using a systems-oriented approach and engaging both patient and practitioner in a therapeutic partnership. It is an evolution in the practice of medicine that better addresses the healthcare needs of the 21st century. By shifting the traditional disease-centered focus of medical practice to a more patient-centered approach, Functional Medicine addresses the whole person, not just an isolated set of symptoms.
